From the SOUTH-Take 495 to Exit 4 (Edgemoor Rd./Rt. 3). Follow exit around to the stop light. Go straight through this light and the next light. (*) Turn left into the complex. Make immediate left onto Paladin Drive. Follow to the back of the complex. Make first right, then immediate left into the parking lot. Use the back entrance to the clubhouse.

From the NORTH- Take 495 to Exit 4. Make a left at the light at the end of the exit. At the next light, turn right and follow the above directions from the (*).

From Route 202- Make a left at Miller Rd. stop light. Go through 2 stop lights and bear to the right (Christiana Care will be on the right). Go through 2 more stop lights. At the 3rd light, turn left (Checkers will be on the left) onto Philadelphia Pike. Make a right at the next stop light onto Rt. 3. Go through 2 more stop lights. After the 2nd light, turn right into the complex. Follow the above directions from the (*).

From Marsh Rd- Go South on Marsh Rd. until it comes to a dead end. Make a left at the stop light onto Edgemoor Rd. Go through the next stop light and make a right into the complex. Follow the above directions from the (*).

After you enter the back door, locker rooms are to your left. climb the flight of steps to the top, the pool is to the right.

Go South on I95. Take Exit 3 (Route 273 West-Newark). Follow Rt. 273 for approximately 3.5 miles. At the 9th traffic light, you will see a Shell gas station on your left and red "84 Lumber" sign on your right. Turn left onto Marrows Road (note: there is no street sign at this corner). Go 7/10's of a mile and turn right at the third stoplight onto White Chapel Drive. Go 1/10th of a mile and the Newark Senior Center will be on the ride. There is a sign in front; the Newark Senior Center is a tan stucco and brick building with white pillars. Go around o the back of the building.

From Pike Creek area- Take Rt. 2 (Kirkwood Highway) going east. Follow Kirkwood Highway through Elsmere. Continue on the Kirkwood Highway (which turns into Wilmington Avenue). There will be a McDonald's on your left. Turn left onto Elsmere Blvd. (*)At the 1st stop light, turn right into the Fraim parking lot.
1) Use the back entrance. (the entrance you see from the back parking lot)
2) If you are a first timer at this location, please use the front entrance. You will need to ask for a key card to use on the back door. There is also a $10 refundable deposit in order to be issued a key card.

From the North- Take Pennsylvania Ave. (Rt. 52) to Union St. until you see the club on the right hand side. Follow the directions from the above (*).

From the South-
Take I-95N. When the road splits, (left 95N and right 495N) keep left to continue onto 95N. Take Exit 8 onto 202N. (Concord Pike). Keep left onto 202N. Turn left onto Rocky Run Pkwy. Turn left onto Woodlawn Rd. At the roundabout, take the second excit.
1) You will park at the back lot on the left side of the building. The entrance is also on the side of the building, at the back lot.
